2025 Cost-Share Reimbursement Request

• Hoegemeyer will reimburse the dealer for 50% of approved cost-share advertising.
• Tier 1 Dealer budget based on Tier 1 dealer level (based on previous year’s sales).
• Purchases must be made between September 1, 2024 and August 31, 2025.
• Cost-share reimbursement requests must be approved BEFORE placing ad/printing item and request for reimbursement must be submitted within 30 days of placement/purchase.
• All advertising, merchandise and marketing materials must be ordered through the Hoegemeyer Brand Store to qualify for
  cost-share program*.
• All advertising must include the Hoegemeyer logo and the dealership name.
• All events must be pre-approved by STL at least 30 days in advance of the event.
• Reimbursement will not be given if competitive seed products are listed.

*If Tier 1 dealer has specific needs that are not offered through the Hoegemeyer Brand Store, they must work with the Hoegemeyer Marketing
Team for final approval before placing an order outside of the Brand Store.
